The reason why Videos feature is not available for your Page could be that, you might have chosen a Package for your Page for which the Videos App is not available. In this case, you can see if choosing a different Package with the Videos App suits you. You can change the Package for your Page from the “Packages” section of your Page Dashboard.
Availability of Packages for Pages, and their features are conditional depending on the settings chosen by our site administrator.

Featured Page Videos are videos of Pages which are specially marked as “Featured”. Such videos are more highlighted than others and thus gain more visibility. Featured Page Videos appear in the “Featured Videos” slideshow in the “Videos” section under Page navigation. On “Browse Videos” for Page Videos and in search results, they are marked with a “Featured” marker. The search form for Page Videos also has a quick filter for seeing Featured Videos.
Page Videos can be made Featured only by our site administrators.

Sponsored Page Videos are those Videos which have been created for Paid Pages. These Sponsored Videos will appear in the “Sponsored Videos” block in the “Videos” section under Page navigation. On “Browse Videos” for Page Videos and in search results, they are marked with a “Sponsored” marker. The search form for Page Videos also has a quick filter for seeing Sponsored Videos.
If your Page is created under a Paid Package, then the Videos created for it would automatically be made Sponsored. The availability of Paid Page Packages on our site is conditional depending on the settings configured by our site administrators.

You can search for a Page Video using the detailed search box available in the “Videos” section under Page navigation.

You can add Videos to your Page by choosing the appropriate options for the  “Video Source” field. Currently, the available sources from which you can add videos are: Youtube, Vimeo and your hard-drive. The availability of video sources is conditional depending on the settings chosen by our site administrator.

There is no limit on the number of Videos that you can add to your Page. You can add any number of Videos to your Page.

You can add a Video to your Page in one of the following ways:
1. To upload a Video, please follow the steps below:
a. Go to the Page Profile.    
b. Click “Videos” tab on the page Profile. You might have to click on the “More” tab to expand the menu bar to see “Videos”.
c. Click on “Add a Video” link from the top left corner of the “Videos” tab to add a video.
d. Fill up the form to add a video.
e. Select a video source and enter a Video Link (URL) of the video you want to add to the page.
f. Click on “Save Video”, to add a video to your Page.
 
2. From the “Apps” section of your Page Dashboard, click on the “Post a Video” button and follow the steps from ‘c’ to ‘f’ as in case 1 above.

You can choose who all can add Videos to your Page while creating your Page, by choosing the appropriate option for the “Videos Creation Privacy” field. You can edit this privacy any time by clicking on the “Edit Page Details” link for your Page.

Featured Page Reviews are reviews of Pages which are specially marked as “Featured”. Such reviews are more highlighted than others and thus gain more visibility. Featured Page Reviews appear in the “Featured Reviews” slideshow in the “Reviews” section under Page navigation. You can search for a Page Review using the detailed search box available in the “Review” section under Page navigation.

If you change the category of your Page, then the overall rating of the Page remains unaffected but the ratings based on various parameters will all be reset to zero. Now, the Rating parameters associated with the new category will be displayed to the visitors.

If someone has written an inaccurate or unfavourable review for your Page, then we recommend you to first communicate with the reviewer yourself, and ask clarification for the review. You may explain to the reviewer the actual situation, and why you feel that their review is inappropriate. It is most likely that in this case, the reviewer might edit their review and rating themselves. If that does not yield results, then you may report the review to our site administrators by clicking on the “Report” link on the main review page, and filling the appropriate values. Our site administrators will then take appropriate action on the review.

Page Admins are not allowed to write reviews for their own Pages. If you are a Page admin, you will not be able to write a review for your own Page. Other members on this community can review your Page.

Rating parameters enable visitors to your Page to give their accurate opinions about your Page depending on various fields / parameters relevant to your Page. Rating parameters are dependent on the category of your Page. There are different rating parameters for the various categories. Apart from parameter based ratings, visitors would also be able to give an overall rating for your Page.

1. To create a Poll, please follow the steps below:
a. Go to the Page Profile.   
b. Click “Polls” tab on the Page Profile. You might have to click on the “More” tab to expand the menu bar to see “Polls”.
c. Click on “Create a Poll” link from the top left corner of the “Polls” tab to create a poll.
d. Fill up the form to create a poll.
e. Click on “Create Poll”, to save the Poll for your Page.
 
2. From the “Apps” section of your Page Dashboard, click on the “Create a Poll” button and follow the steps from ‘d’ to ‘e’ in case 1 above.
