Kia Sportage died on me in the mall parking lot!

Oh man, talk about bad timing. I was leaving Marina Mall on Friday evening with a bunch of groceries and the kids, and my Kia Sportage just wouldn't start. Complete silence when I turned the key. It was hot, the parking lot was packed, and everyone was getting cranky. I honestly felt like just leaving the car there. I started searching on my phone for any place that might be open, and thankfully found this company that does emergency call-outs. I gave them a call, explained where I was, and the guy showed up within like 45 minutes even with all the weekend traffic. He had the right battery for the Sportage in his van and swapped it right there in the parking spot. It was such a relief to get home without having to arrange a tow truck or leave the car overnight.
