Windows Photos app offers an organized and very easy way to transfer iPhone photos to a computer. After you have connected your iPhone and trusted the device, launch the Photos app on a Windows machine. Press "Import" and then click "From a connected device." The app will find your iPhone and show you photos on the device automatically. It is up to you whether you want to select individual photos. Also, before the photos are copied, you can even determine the folder where they should be saved. If you want everything to be nicely arranged, this method is quite suitable because it is done, by default, without you having to browse the folders manually.
