Urus battery died in Business Bay – need a specialist

I'm in a bit of a bind here. Parked my Urus in Business Bay this morning for a meeting and when I came back, the car was completely dead – no lights, no central locking, absolutely nothing. I managed to get a jump start from a colleague, but now the dash is lit up with warnings and the start-stop system isn't working, which I know is a sign the battery management system is confused. I've heard that Lamborghinis can be very sensitive to battery issues and that just swapping it isn't enough; sometimes the car's systems need to be reset or reprogrammed to avoid electrical glitches. Since I'm stuck here in Business Bay, I'm looking for a mobile service that can come to me and do a proper job with the replacement and coding. If you're curious about what's involved in the process, you can read more about this service and see how they handle exotic car battery replacements with the necessary registration and coding. Has anyone used a mobile battery service around this area and can recommend one that does a proper job? I really need to get this sorted today before I end up stranded again.
