Locked Gate on Blue Gate is the kind of thing you plan your whole run around. It only pops twice a day, so when it's live, you can feel the mood shift in the lobby. People stop looting like normal and start sprinting, cutting corners, taking weird fights. You'll want your kit sorted before you even step out, and it's worth checking what you're missing in your stash or on ARC Raiders Items so you're not improvising with a junk weapon when the shooting starts. The job is simple on paper: get four security codes, upload them, and crack open that underground vault within the 40-minute limit.
The codes are spread across four zones, and you don't get to pick an easy route because other squads are thinking the exact same thing. First up, Ancient Fort. Watch the ground. Seriously. The landmines are what end most "quick grabs" here, not enemy fire. Don't waste time hunting the puzzle room either; the codes can sit in plain old containers. Second, Raider's Refuge. Bring something that can breach sealed metal bins, because those locked containers are where a lot of codes end up. Third, Reinforced Reception. It's the calmest of the lot, and there's a trashcan inside the main building that players keep checking for a reason—it spawns codes more often than it should.
Pilgrim's Peak is where runs go to die. You'll often have two Rocketeers watching angles that feel unfair, and they'll delete you before you've even figured out where the shots came from. If you've got Lure Grenades, use them to pull patrols off the lanes while you loot. If you don't, slow it down and take long sightlines. A bit of patience saves medkits. The one saving grace is that the whole lobby contributes to the code count, so you're not forced to personally collect all four—sometimes your best play is just surviving with the one you found.
Once you've got a code, you still have to deliver it to the Gate Control Room near the Warehouse Complex. That's the real choke point. People camp it because it's easier to steal progress than earn it. Inside, you'll see four wall consoles; match the code and upload. If your squad's bruised, you can play it sneaky—hang near the underground entrance and let another team take the heat at the control room, then move when the doors open.
When the blast doors finally move, it becomes a sprint to the Security Wing and the Breach Room. That's where the legendary loot tends to stack up, and the Bobcat Weapon Blueprint is the headline prize. Expect close-range fights, quick flanks, and a lot of "friendly" teams suddenly going quiet. If you're chasing upgrades before the next window, it helps to go in ready, and keeping an eye on cheap ARC Raiders Items can take the sting out of losing gear when the vault turns into a brawl.
